  • A baseline assessment of body composition is established by taking measurements, weight, blood pressure, body fat and BMI (body mass index.)

  • A key physiological assessment relevant to the client’s needs and goals is conducted to include cardiovascular fitness, core-function, muscular endurance and flexibility.

  • A comprehensive exercise program is designed in order to lose body fat, promote lean muscle development, enhance stability, mobility, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular fitness and performance.

  • The client is provided with a nutrition plan for diet and supplements.

  • The trainer executes a strategy to promote client’s healthy lifestyle changes and motivation, which improves client’s adherence to a fitness regimen.

  • The trainer identifies critical psychological and emotional components essential to long-term success.


  • FitCamp is a boot camp class designed to give you two workouts in one.

  • It combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.

  • You can burn 400 – 800 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition.

  • Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.

  • While this physical fitness program is designed to be challenging, the team approach and individualized attention creates an atmosphere that’s appealing to people of all fitness levels. 

  • The Corporate Wellness program is a customized program for corporations, which improves employee’s overall health, hence increasing productivity in the workplace.

  • SYF LLC also provides teambuilding activities for corporations.


  • This service is for the person with a hectic lifestyle that would still like to stay connected to a trainer in order to get guidance with accountability to reach desired fitness goals.

  • This service provides the client with the benefits of personal training, without the traditional face-to-face time. 

  • The client has phone/internet access up to two hours of trainer’s time each week, to include one in-person fitness training session weekly (if client is available.)

  • This service is given in one-month blocks only.

  • A one-time, one-hour session in which the client is given a meal plan

  • The client is advised on lifestyle modifications which sets one up for success on this plan
