Five tips to work IN a workOUT in a busy day!

Life can be busy and hectic, but you HAVE to take care of yourself or you will not be equipped to hand life's challenges. You have to make working out a priority. The consequences of NOT working out are too great. There are ways to work IN a workOut if you put fourth a little extra effort!


1.Wear your athleisure gear to bed so it’s easy to work out as soon as you wake up. (1.Bike to work, get off your bus or train a few stops earlier, or park the car farther away to extend your walk.
